A. Yes, we do provide free installation as a courtesy. However, we do not guarantee that cPanel will work 100% on any various operating system. We do recommend CentOS 4.5/5.0 for the best compatibility.
Q. May I request InstantcPanelLicense to install cPanel on my server or fix any technical issue I may have?A. Currently we only provide the cPanel License. We do install it as a courtesy upon request, but we do not provide technical support.
Q. After submitting payment, how long will receiving my license take?A. Licenses are automatically issued after payment. If you do not receive an email with details, please contact our support by submitting a ticket here.
Please be advised that if the license you are going to purchase is currently licensed with another provider of cPanel it may take up to 24 hours to get activated. The reason is because cPanel manually has to approve these transfers and it is beyond our control. If this is an ip which has never been licensed activation is instant. You can verify directly online at https://verify.cpanel.net
Q. Can I transfer my cPanel license to you? How do does it work and what are the steps to doing it?A. If you are planning to transfer a license to us you will need to first purchase the license from us. The best time to do this would be at LEAST 5 days before the license at your other provider expires. This way no invoices will be left open at your other provider and everything will be clear to transfer before it is set to expire. Once you purchase the license from us and make payment we will submit a transfer request to cPanel and they will approve the transfer and move it to our account. If you follow all these steps then everything should be completely seamless.

Q. When will I be billed?A. We process all payments on the first of each month. If you purchase your license before or after the first, you will be pro-rated accordingly.
